      CHBTC已将8月份的交易手续费收益按照之前的发放原则发放到相关用户的ETC账户中，请留意查收。 对于ETC社区的捐助工作，目前已经有两家组织与我们取得了联系，并确定了捐助意向：

一． ETCC (Ethereum Classic Club)

ETCC正在开展的工作包括：

(1) 建立ETC中文官网：ethereumclassic.cn;

(2) 建立ETC新闻综合网站：etcfans.com;

(3) 建立ETC维基网站：ethereum.cn;

(4)在全国不同城市举行线下活动，推动ETC发展。

ETCC接受的资金将会用来支付建站开支，资助开发者，翻译人员和活动推广人员。

二． ETC海外开发团队（https://ethereumclassic.github.io/）

首先用于解决Difficulty Bomb（算力难度）问题，其他部分工作计划如下：

1) removal of the replay issue;

2) transition to a hybrid PoW/PoS model with some long term path to blockchain based governance and network heterogeneity;

3) improving transaction validation times using either sublinear reduction techniques developed by Aggelos Kiayas or SNARKS;

4) Improving the implementation of GHOST by a full migration to its successor Spectre;

      另外，CHBTC海外市场工作也在顺利开展，目前已在以色列、德国、荷兰、瑞典、美国、哥伦比亚、加拿大等十几个国家参加了多场海外宣传活动，与多家海外媒体、公司建立了友好伙伴关系。感谢您对CHBTC的一路支持和关注。
